Yes. We require £100.00 cash when you’re collecting the van.
You’ll need bring your driving licence & two additional proofs of address. This can include a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
We will provide you with a link via Email on booking to do this
We have to check every customer every time you hire via the DVLA Website. You can create a code to bring with you to enable us to do this at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
If you can’t do this please bring your National insurance number with you so we can check on the day on your behalf. Without this information we won’t be able to hire to you
Please note that your photocard driving licence isn’t accepted as part of address identification.
All our vans have fully comprehensive cover with an excess of £1500, Collision Damage Reducer available:
£10 Per day Reduces to £1000. £20 Per day Reduces excess to £500. £30 per day reduces excess to £250
You need to be 21-74 and 75+ year olds need to be referred before booking. Restrictions do apply. Young driver additional charges may apply
21-22 year olds must have held full Clean license for a minimum of 24 months.

Yes. For insurance purposes you need to have held a full UK licence for 2 year or more.
We won’t refuse rental of our vans over most minor convictions. Please call to check
Yes. The cost of this is £10.00 a day. The above conditions apply.
Most of our stock is less than 3 years old giving you peace of mind & comfort on your journey
If you are doing more than a reasonable mileage please check with us
Yes via prior arrangement. Additional charges may apply.
We recommend not to as we can check the van over in person in opening hours and return your deposit to you
We will agree your return time with you and this will be stated on your hire agreement
As the driver you are responsible for any penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is under your possession. We may charge an admin fee for dealing with fines
We no longer open on Sundays and now offer weekend rates, drop off between 7.30 – 8am Mondays
